MORE & YOU is first and foremost a story of passion and expertise.

Founded in 2020 by Thierry GLORIES, the company was born from a simple conviction: every project, however ambitious or complex, deserves a tailored, agile and practical response.

Drawing on extensive experience in construction and project management, Thierry GLORIES set out to put his know-how to work on unique projects: from high-end mountain chalets to cutting-edge technical infrastructure such as high-performance computing facilities, as well as demanding renovation and refurbishment projects.

M&Y is above all a team of committed women and men who share the same vision. Each team member brings their expertise, energy and perspective to turn ideas into tangible results.

M&Y supports its clients from advisory through to full delivery of their projects, as General Contractor, Construction Manager and Owner's Representative.

As Construction Manager, M&Y defends the client's interests throughout the works.

We provide technical management based on precision, rigour and operational control.

Our scope covers:

- Monitoring, sequencing, management and coordination of contractors;

- Quality control of workmanship;

- Administration of the works contract;

- Management of schedule, costs and technical interfaces;

- Proactive resolution of site issues;

- Regular reporting, including weekly site meetings.

M&Y guarantees high standards on projects where technical complexity demands constant vigilance. Our expertise allows us to secure the progress and compliance of every phase, through to final handover.

As Owner's Representative, our role is to inform every decision, secure the project and defend the client's interests from design to handover.

Owner's Representative services are provided on projects where More & You is not the contractor.

We advise on:

- Design monitoring;

- Support during construction;

- Handover and commissioning.
